my house f 31 hauzkhas enclave.ground floor approved as one room and one hall in each of the INDEPENDENT VERTICAL UNITS consisting of G,F one room and asingle large hall,.Canwe use the ground floor for opening ashop/office for my sons personal use .the house has two independent units each occupied by my two sons seperately.how many shops canwe have and of what size asper masterplan
Good to see the MPD rolling out rapidly. I had purchased some land in N zone (residential) 2 years back. Good to see my investments growing 4 times in value. With the financial markets not doing too well in recent times, I plan to invest more into land.It hasn’t let me down..!
I have a plot in an un-authorised regularised colny where more than 98% construction has already been built but only due to real fear of law I have not yet started and looking forward when proper sanctions will be given in these areas, this area is near Dwarka More station and colonies there are Rama Park, Bhagwati Garden on Jain RoadPlease suggest ,

1. I am planning to purchase and develop 5-6 acrs of lal dora land in rural village as 3storeyed plotted residential flats . Do we need to seek sanctions from MCD/ DDA . Does prsent master plan allows such developement. 2. Alternatively I have option of developni about 3000 sqm lal dora land . can we delop this as group housing . please help me with the applicable norms .
