Under the MPD 2021, adequate emphasis is laid on the devel­op­ment of Infra­struc­ture, befit­ting a mega­polis under devel­op­ment. Besides roads, fly­overs, water, sew­er­age, power etc, there is sub­stan­tial emphasis on the softer infra­struc­ture like recre­ation, sports, eco­logy & envir­on­ment, health etc.
