With the unveil­ing of the NEW draft Indus­trial policy of Delhi, and the many other ini­ti­at­ives planned in and around the vari­ous High­ways, express­ways and cor­ridors, there is immense eco­nomic activ­ity being fore­cas­ted and planned within a 100 Km radius of Delhi.

The sur­round­ing states of Hary­ana, UP, Rajasthan have their own town­ship and eco­nomic devel­op­ment plan, which would fur­ther con­trib­ute to the demand within Delhi. Besides, there is tre­mend­ous oppor­tun­ity within Delhi for the re-development of the exist­ing busi­ness, indus­trial and eco­nomic hubs.

The research team of CERTES under­takes con­tinual research and oppor­tun­ity eval­u­ation under the MPD 2021.
